We wanted to make this sleep mask a great, snuggly solution for everyone - no matter how well you sleep or what you struggle with when hitting (and sometimes missing) the hay.

Does the sleep mask have an auto power-off timer?
Only if you want to.
You can optionally set the mask to automatically turn off after 1 or 2 hours.
This makes for a quieter night after you've fallen asleep and saves enough battery to make the mask last for over a week of consistent use!
Are there any lights on the front of the mask?
Not really. Let us explain:
While there is a light on the front of the mask, it immediately turns off once you connect the mask to your mobile phone.
This way, you can see the mask before putting it on and don't have to worry about light disrupting your or your partner's sleep.
Will the notifications wake me up in the middle of the night?
We want no notification nonsense, so we've turned off battery warning notifications and have decreased the volume on all other notification types.
This way, you can hear notifications when awake-without them being annoying and loud--and stop them from interrupting your sleep when you're snoozing.
Is the mask compatible with YouTube?
Yes! You can listen from your mask to anything you play on your phone or mobile device (tablets iPad, laptops).
This includes YouTube and lots of other popular platforms like Audible, Calm, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, HeadSpace, Amazon Music, and more!
Are the mask's headphones noise-canceling?
Not exactly.
While the mask's headphones aren't technically 'noise-canceling,' they do filter out background noise when listening to audio
Will my phone's alarm play through the headphones?
Yes! And no…
Let us explain.
It all depends on your phone, believe it or not. On how new it is, what firmware it uses, etc.
But enough with the techy mumbo jumbo - here is a simple test you can do:
If you already have Bluetooth headphones, connect your phone to them and set an alarm for a couple of minutes later.
Then, wait and see if it rings.
If it does, super! Your mask will work perfectly, too.
How deep is the eyecup?
The Dreamy Sounds Sleep Mask is designed with maximum comfort in mind.
This means big, comfortable eye contours that allow you to freely open and close your eyes without your eyelashes touching the mask at all.
Is Bluetooth 100% safe?
Bluetooth technology has been around for over 20 years & it uses low-power radio waves that are classified as non-ionising EMR.
Or, in normal English:
These waves are safe for humans as they emit super low-level frequencies (much lower than cell phones or WiFi routers)
These waves are very safe and cannot cause any harm whatsoever.
In saying this, our sleep mask turns off automatically after 30 minutes of silence to save battery and improve your sleep. You can also set a timer for 1 or 2 hours to turn it off automatically when you don't need it anymore.
