Please note: You can only apply a single discount code at a time. Did you add multiple codes? Only the code with the largest discount will be applied to your order. You can keep the rest of your codes and enjoy more discounts on your next orders.
Why does my discount code not work?
There are a few reasons your discount code might not work:
- The discount code is expired
- The total order value does not meet the discount code's requirements
- The discount code has already been used
- You're trying to use multiple discount codes (only one code can apply at a time)

Can I cancel my order or make changes to my order after ordering?
We’re lightning-fast when it comes to processing your order. So, if we’ve already shipped your order, it might be too late.
We'll always send you an email before shipping your goodies, so if you haven't heard from us yet, maybe there's still time!
The best thing to do is get in touch with us as soon as possible through our contact page, and we’ll do everything we can to help you out.
When will my order be shipped?
Short answer: As soon as possible!
Longer and complete but still short answer: Your order will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within one to two business days of placing your order.
Your SleepEZ goodies will be shipped using your preferred method and will usually take:
- 2-7 business days (standard shipping); and
- 1-4 business days (express shipping).
How do I track my order?
We'll send you a tracking code the moment we receive it from your shipping carrier. You can then use that code to receive shipping updates through your carrier.
What is your policy on late deliveries?
Unfortunately, as you’ve probably experienced, sometimes things go wrong when it comes to deliveries.
We do our very best to send you your goodies as soon as possible. But we can’t guarantee you’ll receive your order by a certain date.

How long does it take to process an order?
It only takes one to two business days to dispatch your order from our Sydney warehouse.
We are sleep enthusiasts, but we're fully awake and go as fast as possible in cases like these.

What is your return policy?
We’re confident about our products and their ability to help you sleep better, faster, and for longer. This is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you want to return your SleepEZ goodies for whatever reason, we got you covered.
Just message us through our contact page, or shoot us an email at support@sleepez.com.au with the details, and we’ll get it sorted.
Our customer support wizard will give you a return label (just pay postage), and we’ll give you a generous refund of the entire product cost.
The only thing you need to make sure is that your product is returned in good condition, including everything in the box and the packaging.
What's your warranty policy?
We offer a six-month warranty period for all our products.
So, in the improbable event that you encounter a manufacturing defect, let us know within six months of purchase, and we'll swap you for a new one—free of charge.
Please reach out to our team using our contact page with any issues. (We might need some evidence of the defect, so providing photos is always helpful we'll super appreciate it).
Our sleep technicians will be in touch to try and resolve your issue. If that's not possible, we'll send you a brand new product or anything else you want from our catalog up to the same price.
